MILK TheModel: MILK The Model grew up in Hartford, Connecticut. At an early age MILK developed a strong passion for dance and theater arts. Throughout her childhood years MILK devoted her spare time to learning the fundamentals of dance. While working with distinguished dance instructors she was able to learn theater production and visual arts techniques. Today MILK has extended her passion for dance and theater in to promoting physical fitness. She is an advocate for inspiring women to take control of their health and embrace fitness. As a model, principal dancer, instructor, entrepreneur, and mother of two she understands the challenge, energy and encouragement it takes to incorporate health and fitness into a women’s daily life.
